50ft samson lunge
50 single unders or double unders
15 russian KBS moderate
30 hollow rocks
:45 bottom of squat hold
Cool Down:
3-4 rounds of Quality
10 prone pass throughs
2min couch stretch L/R
2min seated straddle
1min seal stretch
