Partner 1: rowing for calories

Partner 2: 15 dumbbell power cleans

Partner 2: 15 lateral dumbbell burpees

WOD 2:

3 rounds for time

15-20 hip extensions

15 dumbbell curls

30ft/30ft/ single arm heavy overhead carry
