10-15min working on the following in 2-3 sets (vital this is done)
No more then 4-5 TnG Snatch
No more the 4-5 Bar Facing Burpees
No more then 1-3 Bar Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull-ups
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
