etc.
 
RX/Level 1:
24/20; must jump
 
Intermediate/Level 2:
24/20;Allowed to step up
 
Beginner/Level 3:
20/16; burpee step ups
*This is teams of 2 in partner format. You go, I go – this means partner 1 will do 1 round of the work then partner 2 will do the same round of work. Then the team will move on to the next round of work.
Partner 1 100m row 1 burpee box jump
Partner 2 100m row 1 burpee box jump
Partner 1 100m row 2 burpee box jump
Partner 2 100m row 2 burpee box jump etc.
 
You will score the amount of burpees the teams completes.
 
Cool Down:
