Strength: Every 2.30 minutes for 15 minutes
A. Squat Clean & Jerk 3 x 6 sets at 70% heaviest weight you hit previous 4 weeks; rest :90-:180 between *these are singles and should feel snappy/fast
WOD: “Tabata Boi”
