**2. Workout Prep**
Allow Athletes a few minutes to hit a few reps before starting.
 
WOD: Away in a manger
 
* Target time each set: 2-3 minutes
* Time cap each set: 4 minutes
 
* Today’s workout is all power snatching. Athletes should base selected weights on percentages of their one rep max
 
* Percentages should be close to 60% for 7, 65% for 5, 70% for 3 and 75-80% for 1
