3ft Handstand Hold away from wall and practice walking hands into the wall.
A. Close Grip Bench Press (16in width between)
100ft Handstand Walk (25ft sections in 5ft segments)
50ft Handstand Walk (25ft sections in 5ft segments)
25ft Handstand Walk (in 5ft segments) or 10 handstand shuffle to plate
15 Hip Extension (make sure its hip extension and not back extensions)
