**1. Movement Prep/Activation and Increasing Heart Rate**
* Allow athletes 2-3 warm up sets (5 touch and go) before first working set of 5
Strength: Power Clean 5×5
– Work up to a heavy 5 touch and go in 5 sets
* Complete a set every 2:00.
* Target time each set: 1:45 – 2:15
* Time cap each set: 3 mins
