*height of box – athlete should be able to stand upright with their head under the pull-up bar (their head may touch the bar, but must be standing upright – use your judgment if it is close)

*height of rings – the bottom of the rings should be hip height. There will be a line under the rings and the athletes heels must be in front of the line. The athlete may not break extension of the hips during the movement.
