A1.) Weighted Split Squat 4 sets of 10/10; rest :30/:60 A2.) Bent Knee Hollow Body hold 4 sets of :60-:90; rest :45
WOD:
100 burpees for time
RX (Level 1): M- 20lbs vest F-14lbs vest
Intermediate (Level 2): M- 14lbs vest F-10lbs vest Beginner (Level 3): No vest
*If no vest available wear a back pack and strap it down tight.
