Stay Together: 9/11 Memorial WOD

For Time:
400+M run. (Over 400 emergency workers killed)
Then, 9 rounds of
11 box step-ups 30/24
11 ab-mat sit-ups
11 push-ups
11 air-squats
400+M run.
For the duration of this workout each partner will hold one end of the heavy black 8′ ropes. Never let your partner go, “Stay Together”.
