1- Russian KB Swing
X 15 reps
2- push press
x 12-15 reps
3- DUBS
X 40-50 count

For swings suggest athletes go heavy as they can safely perform the 15 reps in ~ :30

Push press pick a weight that will be challenging sets 5-7
