50ft walk on toes backwards
25ft lunge with a twist
1min/1min couch stretch L/R
50ft high knees 50ft butt kicks
Complete 3 sets (you need to do all the warm up sets)
 
WOD:
RX (Level 1) & Intermediate (Level 2) 5k Run
 
Beginner (Level 3) Set a watch and run or walk 25min *record your distance completed.
 
Core Accessory:
Tabata Core :20 of work :10 of rest for 8 sets on each exercise
