**Movement Prep/Activation and Increasing Heart Rate**
10 yd walk to toes backwards
10 yd walk feet turned out
10 yd walk feet turned in
10 yd lunge walk-arms locked out overhead
10 yd lunge walk – torso twist towards forward leg
5 Snatch Deadlifts (Empty Bar)
Warm Up to OVHS weight making sure to hit squat snatches if that’s your strategy.
* Target time: 25-27 minutes
* The Scaling aim is for athletes to move at a moderate pace without weight and skill being the limiting factor.
