**1. Movement Prep/Activation and Increasing Heart Rate**
5 shoulder press (empty bar)
Give Athletes 3-4 sets to warm up to opening weight
Strength: Shoulder Press 1×1
* After 80% you should be able to reach max within 3-5 more sets depending on feel.
10 mins to establish 1 Rep Max
3 Burpee Box Jump Overs (each)
* Target time: 15-17 Minutes
50 Devil’s Press (2×50/2×35)
* Partner Holds Plank (elbows)
75 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
* Partner Dead Hangs (pull up bar)
*split all reps between partners as desired
* The Scaling aim is for athletes to be able to work together while maintaining high intensity that’s relative to there skill level.
