Skill:
A. EMOM 10min 7-8 Kipping pull ups
Level 1 (RX) & Level 2 (Intermediate)
Death By
Push Up & Air Squat
1st min 2 push ups then 2 air squats
2nd min 4 push ups then 4 air squats
etc…
*Push ups must be open standards knees/thighs are not allowed to touch the ground at any time.
Level 3 (Beginner)
