A. 2 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats Every 1:15 until you fail twice.
 
*Start at 75/45 add 5-10lbs every time.
 
B. High Bar Back Squats 5 sets of 5 @85-87% 5RM; rest 2-3min
 
Cool Down:
 
C. 400m Single Arm Farmers Carry L/R build off previous week.
D. 4 sets 15 v-ups
